What is the current Turnaround Time (TAT)?

-Ready to ship aka RTS items will ship within 1-2 business days, not including weekends.

-Pre-Orders will have a date that they close and then will begin shipping 7-10 business days from close date.

What are our shipping policies?

-Once orders leave our hands, we are no longer responsible for your order. Our shipping prices are a bit higher because they do ship via USPS Priority with tracking AND insurance. If you see your package has not moved in a few days, please sign up for updates through USPS.com.

What is our refund policy?

-We do understand that we are human and can and do make mistakes. In a situation where that occurs, we do issue a store credit. However, all custom orders are non refundable as they cannot be resold.

-Should you have any issues with your order, you are to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the item is damaged, you must contact USPS to file a claim. In the event it is a mistake on our end, we will issue a store credit or replace the product. There are no refunds.
